It’s not exactly an ice-cream, but your taste-buds won’t notice the difference! Your bum, on the other hand, will … 🙂
Serves 2 (as dessert, it’s plenty!)
Ingredients :
Banana, one
Any kind of frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries), a handful
Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt (optional)
Chia seeds and/or 70% cacao dark chocolate (also optional)
Procedure:
Freeze the banana a few hours before you plan on preparing your dessert. (I always have a couple of frozen bananas in the freezer, you never know!). Take a banana out of the freezer and let it soften for about 10 minutes.
In a mixer, add the banana and the berries. You can also add some Greek yogurt, it’ll make it creamier.
Once you have mixed everything together, you can add chia seeds or if you feel a bit naughty, some dark chocolate. Mix again. It gives a nice crunch.
