This juice is super duper refreshing, slightly spicy – depending on the amount of ginger you put in it. I tend to have a heavy hand when it comes to ginger, not everyone likes it!
Ingredients
Apple, 1 big (or 2 small)
Cucumber, 1/2
Yellow pepper, 1/2
Celery, 1 stalk
Carrots, 2
Lemon, 1
Ginger, 1 chunk (up to you how spicy you want it!)
Instructions
As usual, in a (slow) juicer, start and finish with the apple (1/2 and 1/2). Throw the rest of the fruits and veggies.
Serve chilled.
