The Spicy Veggie juice

Updated: Aug 9, 2019

This juice is super duper refreshing, slightly spicy – depending on the amount of ginger you put in it. I tend to have a heavy hand when it comes to ginger, not everyone likes it!

Ingredients

  • Apple, 1 big (or 2 small)

  • Cucumber, 1/2

  • Yellow pepper, 1/2

  • Celery, 1 stalk

  • Carrots, 2

  • Lemon, 1

  • Ginger, 1 chunk (up to you how spicy you want it!)

Instructions

As usual, in a (slow) juicer, start and finish with the apple (1/2 and 1/2). Throw the rest of the fruits and veggies.

Serve chilled.
