Ingredients
Spinach: a big handful
Cucumber: 1/2
Broccoli: 7 florets
Pineapple: 1/3
Lemon: 1
Apple: 1
Don’t get alarmed, I realise that spinach and broccoli might not sound very appealing, but combined with the sweetness of the pineapple dn the freshness of the cucumber, it’s actually pretty amazing.
Instructions
Chop the fruits. In your juicer, start with 1/2 the apple, then add the spinach, broccoli, cucumber, pineapple, lemon, and finish off with the other 1/2 apple.
Since it’s so warm outside at the moment, pour over some ice cubes and enjoy!
