Think of a Well-being Coach as a personal trainer for your physical & mental health.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energised life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is fun, flexible, and free of denials and frustrations. By working together and embarking on a Health Coaching programme together, we discover the lifestyle and food choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

Whether your goal is to find a diet that works for you, lose weight, decrease stress, increase energy, improve digestion, find more restful sleep, curb your cravings, or just get healthy, I am here to hold your hand, have your back, push you forward, pick you up, laugh & cry with you, listen to you and guide you. I provide you with a safe space to talk about yourself, your concerns, and your goals.
I'm not a nutritionist, and I don’t promote one specific type of diet, or one specific way of eating. I believe in the concept of bio-individuality, which means that there is no one-size-fit-all diet. One person’s food is another person’s poison, that’s why I'll help develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you to reach your health & well-being goal(s), based on your unique tastes, needs, and lifestyle requirements.
I guarantee you that tiny tweaks can make big changes and have a significant and positive impact on your health and well-being.
Finally, I'll help you understand that it’s not just the food you eat that affects your health but, also, the foods that nourish your mind and your soul: healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical exercise and spirituality awareness. They are essential forms of nourishment as well, and need to be in balance for you to meet the best and healthiest version of yourself.

Well-being Coaching program
How does it work?
It's a healthy lifestyle & diet reboot, not a diet program.
It takes more than 2 months before a new behaviour becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. In the span of three to six months, we have the opportunity to introduce new habits one step at a time, see how they fit in your routine, and make adjustments if necessary.
The aim is to ingrain these healthy habits into your day-to-day so they become second nature and lead you to the best version of yourself.
