Who am I ?

My name is Elise Rousse, I’m from Belgium, but I’ve lived in many places across the world. I am a Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner for lifestyle and nutrition, Ayurvedic Masseur, and Sound Therapist.
My past struggles with body image, yo-yo dieting, and emotional eating inspired my transformative journey. Through plant-based nutrition, yoga, and self-acceptance, I found balance and joy in nourishing my body.
Now, I am passionate about helping others discover the same harmony; physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe true health combines self-awareness, wholesome food and mindful movement.
